Tomatoes in everyday meals..

Some would say the Mozzarella is the star ingredient in Caprese.. For us, it’s the tomatoes which cuts the acidity of the mozzarella, while bringing in freshness along with the basil. Tomatoes are one ingredient which lends itself to both sweet and savoury dishes equally. Be it a Tomato+Veg clear soups, Gluten Free + Vegan Tomato Omelette ,a grilled Tomato Gazpacho or the street food favourite Tomato Slice Chaat. Our go-to recipe is of course the Restaurant style Tomato Soup .
