Whole Wheat Penne Arrabbiata

Penne Arrabbiata

Who doesn’t like Pasta ? Its a kids delight especially.. While I prefer the white sauce, the husband the elder kid love it in Tomato sauce. This time, I made in homemade Arrabbiata Sauce . So if your family loves this dish, do give it a try. Goes with most breads. I served it with Onion Olive Focaccia. You may also serve it with these 5-min herbed Bell Pepper on the side. Other pastas you may like is this Creamy Gluten Free Farfalle in a White Sauce

Can I make this Vegan and GF?

Yes, Penne Arrabbiata can be made vegan. Simply skip the cheese or use a plant based cheese. Either way, it would taste yum. Use any GF pasta to make this GF too. Cooking times vary depending on the pasta. Read packet instructions carefully.

What can I serve with Penne Arrabiata?

You can serve any Focaccia on the side although our favourite is Roasted Garlic Focaccia. Our newest discovery with this pasta, however has been this 5-min herbed Bell Pepper on the side.
