What is this recipe about?
Watermelon needs no introduction. Low calories, dieter’s delight, Summer fruit, refreshing. At home, we love to eat fruits in their natural form as far as possible. Fresh, juicy watermelons , diced cucumbers and a quick seasoning, you are set to conquer the day, right? And salsa like this oil-free Coriander Mint Tomato Salsa are great as a dip too – check out that recipe 🙂
While watermelons are generally red (at least from what I have seen), this yellow watermelon was a delight and a feast to all the senses – juicy, sweeter-than-sugar-sweet and completely hydroponically grown and delivered by @Nutrifresh (Not a sponsored post). The kids could hardly believe it was watermelon in that colour.
