- 200 grams Potatoes scrub well and use
- 1 cup Fresh fenugreek leaves methi, frozen will also work
- 200 grams Cauliflower cut into bite sized florets
- 1 Onion medium
- 1/2 TBSP red chilli powder
- 1 TBSP Coriander powder
- 1/2 TBSP garam masala
- 1/2 tsp dry mango powder Amchur
- 2 TBSP Oil any neutral oil works
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Salt or to taste
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds Jeera
- 1/4 tsp mustard seeds
Chop all the veggies and prep ahead of time
Assemble the veggies to make the sabji
