Apple Cinnamon Milkshake is a quick to make, Zero cook beverage that is best served chilled as a soothing and healthy Summer beverage.

- 2 Apples chilled, Red Delicious variety works best
- 150 ml milk chilled
- 1/4 cup Ice Cubes or as desired
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
- 1 TBSP Honey (as required or add sugar if required
Wash and cube the apples (with the peel on). You may peel them if you like, but we prefer it with the peel on
In a blender, add apple, cinnamon powder, chilled milk and puree
Add ice and puree it once more till frothy.
Add honey and mix
Serve immediately
