Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tsp Dried Mint powder dehydrate and lightly powder mint or use store bought mint powder
  • 2 tsp Roasted Cumin powder bhuna jeera powder
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala
  • 1 tsp Black Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 cardamom optional, but recommended
  • 1/2 tsp Asafoetida skip for GF
  • 2 tsp Jaggery powder
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 2 tsp Ginger Powder

Topping

  • 2 tsp Crushed mint leaves
  • Store bought Boondi

Instructions
 

  • In a spice blender, add all the dry ingredients and pulse to a fine powder, sieve and store in a box.
  • In a large bowl, add the chilled water, the spice powder mix and blend it well.
  • To serve, add this cooler to a serving glass, top with crushed mint leaves and boondi.
  • Mix a bit and serve immediately adding more ice if needed
