Vegan mint pesto

A delicious pesto (dip) made with mint leaves and herbs. This recipe is Gluten Free, Vegan and Nut Free as well

  • Food processor


  • 1/2 cup Mint sorted, cleaned
  • 3-4 Basil leaves Italian basil
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro
  • 1 TBSP Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 2 TBSP Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1 garlic pod
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp water


  • Clean and sort herbs, let them dry out a bit once are washed.
  • In a food processor, add everything except the water and oil, blitz it fine
  • Now add the oil and water and blitz for 5 seconds
  • Vegan Mint Pesto is ready!
