Boil pasta as per packet instructions and drain. Run a tsp of oil through the pasta to prevent it from sticking.
In a pan, heat olive oil, sauté garlic till done, add arrabbiata sauce and drained boiled pasta. Check for salt and seasoning (Remember the sauce and cheese both contain salt)
Mix it well, Let it cook for further 2 mins. Garnish with shredded basil and grated cheese and serve with Focaccia.
Notes
Tips to make a great Penne Pasta:
Bring water and a pinch of salt to rolling boil and only then add the penne pasta
Cook as per packet instructions - till al dente
Drain the water and reserve to make the homemade arrabiata sauce
If you want to amp up the pasta, add sauteed veggies like broccoli, zucchini and many more
