Ingredients
  

  • 2 Potatoes medium sized
  • 1 cup Yoghurt Homemade Thick yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Pomegranate pearls
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder Bhuna Jeera powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
  • 1/2 tsp Green coriander leaves

Instructions
 

  • Cube and boil the potatoes in salted water till fork Tender.
  • Alternately you can microwave it for 3-4 min till soft.
  • Peel the potato and slightly crumble it with your hands.
  • In a bowl, whisk the curd with salt and roasted Cumin Powder.
  • Add the crumbled potatoes and the rest of the spices. Mix well.
  • Add the pomegranate arils and fold them into the raita.
  • Top with chopped coriander leaves.
  • Serve chilled
