Aloo Anardana Raita is a easy and delicious side dish or Gluten Free Raita made with Potato and Pomegranate pearls.

- 2 Potatoes medium sized
- 1 cup Yoghurt Homemade Thick yogurt
- 1/4 cup Pomegranate pearls
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder Bhuna Jeera powder
- 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1/2 tsp Green coriander leaves
Cube and boil the potatoes in salted water till fork Tender.
Alternately you can microwave it for 3-4 min till soft.
Peel the potato and slightly crumble it with your hands.
In a bowl, whisk the curd with salt and roasted Cumin Powder.
Add the crumbled potatoes and the rest of the spices. Mix well.
Add the pomegranate arils and fold them into the raita.
Top with chopped coriander leaves.
Serve chilled
