Ingredients
  

  • 3 cup Green coriander washed, de-stemmed and chopped fine
  • 2 cup Fresh Mint leaves washed, de-stemmed
  • 4 Green Chillies
  • 1 tsp Ginger grated fine
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tomato medium sized
  • ½ Onion minced
  • 2 Garlic pods
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp Black Salt

Instructions
 

  • Add the ingredients into a blender and blend them to make the salsa.
  • You might have to stop a few times to push the ingredients down towards the blades.
  • Add a little water if required.
  • Squeeze lemon at the end and mix well.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 10 days or freeze for further use
