- 3 cup Green coriander washed, de-stemmed and chopped fine
- 2 cup Fresh Mint leaves washed, de-stemmed
- 4 Green Chillies
- 1 tsp Ginger grated fine
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 Tomato medium sized
- ½ Onion minced
- 2 Garlic pods
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp Black Salt
Add the ingredients into a blender and blend them to make the salsa.
You might have to stop a few times to push the ingredients down towards the blades.
Add a little water if required.
Squeeze lemon at the end and mix well.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 10 days or freeze for further use
