- 2 cups Brown Rice I have used Organic Sona Masoori Semi Brown Rice
- 1/2 cup split black gram Urad dal / Ulundhu/ Ulutham Paruppu
- 1/2 cup split pigeon pea Toor Dal / Thuvaram Paruppu
- 1/3 cup Split Green gram Yellow Moong dal / Pasi Paruppu
- 2 tsp fenugreek seeds methi / Vendhyam - dried or soaked
- 6 Dry Red Chillies
- 2 kashmiri red chillies
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 sprig Curry Leaves
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Oil per adai
