Equipment

  • 1 saute pan
  • 1 Spice Grinder
  • 1 Ladle
  • 1 Glass Jar

Materials

  • 2 TBSP Cumin jeera
  • 1 tsp Pepper Corns Kali Mirch
  • 1 TBSP Cloves Laung
  • 1 tsp Caraway seeds Shahjeera
  • 1 tsp Fennel seeds saunf
  • 1/2 tsp Pomegranate seeds Anaardana
  • 1 inch cinnamon Dalcheeni
  • 2 Star anise chakri phool

Toppings

  • 1/2 tsp Salt Namak
  • 1.5 TBSP Dry Mango Powder Amchur
  • 1.5 tsp Black Salt KalaNamak

Instructions

  • Dry roast the ingredients (except toppings) on a low flame till aromatic.
  • Cool and grind once,
  • Then add the toppings , grind again to fine powder texture
  • Cool, and store in an airtight container.
  • Use on sandwiches as needed.
  • If the quantity is more, sieve the ground mixture once before storing. But highly recommend you to make it in small batches.
