Ingredients
  

  • 1 Pear large, cubed without peeling
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Corn boiled
  • 3 TBSP Red cabbage shredded fine
  • 1/4 cup Pomegranate pearls
  • 1 TBSP Dried figs chopped
  • 1 tsp Fresh Mint leaves shredded,opt.

Dressing

  • 1/2 TBSP Apple Cider vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp Whole Black Pepper freshly crushed
  • 1/4 tsp Olive Oil opt.

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients for the salad and refrigerate for 15 mins minimum.
  • Whisk all the ingredients of the dressing and refrigerate too for 15 mins.
  • Just before serving, add dressing to the salad, toss well and serve immediately.
