Easy Homemade Applesauce

- 400 g Apples any cooking variety would work
- 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon powder
- 200 ml Apple juice unsweetened
- 2 TBSP Lemon juice unsweetened
Wash, peel and cube the apples.
In a pan, add the apples, lemon juice, cinnamon powder and brown sugar.
Mix it well.
Bring it to a slow simmer (stirring intermittently)
Once the apples slightly stew, add the unsweetened apple juice and mix well.
Let it continue stewing for about 20-25 mins till you get a sauce (dropping consistency) and most of the water (in the juice and apples) has evaporated.
Cool thoroughly and store in airtight containers.
