- 1 cup Broccoli florets washed, trimmed and drained
- 1/2 cup Onion minced
- 2 tsp garlic chopped
- 1/4 cup Spinach chopped
- 1 tsp almonds
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp White pepper powder opt.
- 1 cup Almond milk store bought or homemade
- 1 TBSP Olive Oil
Wash, trim and cut broccoli into small florets
Wash and minced garlic and onion
Wash and dice spinach into juliennes
