Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Broccoli florets washed, trimmed and drained
  • 1/2 cup Onion minced
  • 2 tsp garlic chopped
  • 1/4 cup Spinach chopped
  • 1 tsp almonds
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp White pepper powder opt.
  • 1 cup Almond milk store bought or homemade
  • 1 TBSP Olive Oil

Instructions
 

  • Wash, trim and cut broccoli into small florets
  • Wash and minced garlic and onion
  • Wash and dice spinach into juliennes
